Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for non-personalized items in unused condition. 

Personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Limited edition or Collector Series products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
